Dr. Alva Cheng, DVM

Dr. Alva Cheng is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. She attended Ross University of Veterinary Medicine and went on to Oregon State University to finish her externship. Her special interest lies in urgent care and emergency medicine, where she can help people and animals when they need it the most. She is also interested in ultrasound and management of chronic illnesses such as IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), diabetes, and kidney disease patients.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, RV camping, doing Pilates, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Cheng’s household has a Biewer Terrier named Arya, a tripod Westie named Epyon, and a crazy Wheaton Terrier named Winston.
